Butte County Community School LEAD/STEP UP Community School
Butte County Community School now has two programs to serve students in our community. Recognizing that some students are not ready to learn until their emotional and social needs are met, Butte County Community Schools are staffed with professionals who understand, care for the entire child and are qualified to guide these students to success. LEAD, a 7th grade program utilizes individualized academic plans and leverages the student’s interests and passions to ensure each student is successful now and in their future endeavors, whether they be academic or professional. STEP UP Community School (SCS), a TK-5th grade elementary program strives to create a positive nurturing environment upon which a strong academic base is developed.
