School, and childhood, is filled with many opportunities to learn and have new, wondrous adventures. The Chico Performances Field Trip Series gives teachers and their students the opportunity to adventure to the theatre together. Attending theater performances is a great way to diversify learning and introduce students to potential new interests and hobbies.
At only $5 a seat, the Field Trip performances that Chico Performances offers are an affordable alternative for schools to get kids out of the classroom and involved in art. These performances are shortened to only 50 minutes, allowing for sufficient time out of the classroom without cutting into lesson plans.
The Field Trip learning experience is complete with the information on theater etiquette acquired prior to the production, and study guides that Chico Performances provides to teachers online.
